Local Cloud Infrastructure: Offerings
Dube iConnect offers the following services to its resellers and works continuously to incorporate new products and services into its portfolio of offerings:
Internet Access Services

Dube iConnect Premium – this is a dedicated (no contention) Internet access and service provider redundant direct fibre link to the Internet. It is unshaped and uncapped;

Dube iConnect Broadband Internet Access – this is a shared (contention with no more than 10 other tenants) direct fibre link to the Internet. It is uncapped;

Dube iConnect Broadband Internet Access Lite – this is a shared (contention with no more than 20 other tenants) direct fibre link to the Internet. It is uncapped; and

We have a dedicated (no contention) point-to-point fibre link between offices, or between an office in Dube TradePort and an office outside Dube TradePort. This service is unshaped and uncapped.
Voice Services
Dube iConnect offers a voice-over IP (VOIP) service that supports both voice and fax communications. This service enables local, regional, national and international calls at the lowest fixed line rates and at rates that are competitive with online services, such as Skype and iChat. All calls made within Dube TradePort are free of charge! For instance, calling the cargo operator, freight forwarder, emergency service, a restaurant or any other company, organisation or service within Dube TradePort would incur no cost.
Security Services
Dube iConnect offers hosted firewalls and reporting. This service is available to Dube TradePort resellers.
Computing Platform Services
Dube iConnect includes a high-end computing and storage platform which is available to Dube TradePort resellers for a fee that is structured according to the number of CPUs and amount of memory and storage required. A worthwhile and optional addition is the Dube iConnect business application suite of services. Dube iConnect provides the highest levels of reliability, performance, security and expandability at the lowest cost.
Memberships and Regulatory Bodies
